Reflect on their current practices against our framework for creating a positive organization, and develop an action plan for improvement.
Identify and apply best practices in enhancing employee motivation and alignment based on foundational theories.
Evaluate ideas for empowering employees, creating a positive employee experience and supporting employee wellness.
