When you have a great dream about your organization or community and the results/impact that you want to achieve, you need the right team to make it happen. Without the right team your dream may become a never-ending nightmare of sub-optimal performance.
Teams struggle in five main areas – a lack of trust for each other; that leads to a fear of conflict, that reduces commitment, and causes an avoidance of accountability that inevitably results to an inattention to team results. It is important to evaluate your teams and team players and nip these dysfunctions in the bud as early as possible.
Take advantage of the amazing insights from a Team Player 360 evaluation that will help you avoid these dysfunctions of teams and create the dream team required to make all your dreams work. Download the brochure below to learn more about this.
Feedback is a gift! Yes a valuable one... Reinforcing, Redirecting... For better Me!!!
Thankyou@Learning impact...
Building a high performing Team is a function of getting the right knowledge, understanding and acquiring the required skills to adequately position individual members of a team to work together to achieve a common goal. Team Player 360 is the right training for every team member and leaders of organizations.
The 360-degree evaluation provide a variable opportunity to have insight on the impulse of my colleagues about me, it elaborates on my area of strength which i will continue to build on and the other area that require much work to improve in order to forster a good working relation and build a formidable team
Thanks for the opportunity given to know how my colleagues see me and I am grateful for their feedback both positive and negative. I am happy for the negative feedback like me not delegating enough, thinking things can't be done if I don't do it myself, or wanting to take the glory, etc. I intend to make a deliberate effort in changing that narrative, in fact I have started taking steps in getting better. So I say a very big thank you for this exercise as its an eye opener for me.
I have actually been looking forward to an opportunity like this, to get feedbacks on how my colleagues perceive me. I appreciate their candid feedbacks ranging from my being result oriented, someone who steps up when the call arises, to my deligating more, being accountable while still deligating and let my team members learn from their mistakes if it has to come to that, etc. Overall, i am humbled by the outcome of this exercise. Thank you for making this happen.
