Developing and Using Job Score Cards

A Job Score Card (JSC) is an enhanced version of a typical Job Description (JD). Rather than just describe the details of the various tasks that the employee is expected to perform, the JSC provides details of the results and outcomes that are expected for each task using a combination of qualitative or quantitative descriptors.
