We’re excited to kick off the January edition of the Champions of Performance Mentoring Program and officially begin our 2026 learning journey under the theme “Strategy to Results.” This first session focuses on a critical challenge many organizations face: The Strategy Execution Gap. Facilitated by Omagbitse Barrow (The Efiko), this session will explore why well-crafted strategies often fail to deliver expected results and what leaders, managers, and people professionals can do to bridge the gap between planning and execution.
